Horizontal stack cut
yeeekennFocus more on the cutting patterns for the cutters. Handler reset will be worked on later.

Defense

P2ttyGeneral Notes: - The cup must react and play defense based on the mark, cohesiveness and unison are what make great zone defenses - Rails are imperative in containing and keeping our zone when they gain horizontal momentum, they can swing the disc all they want but rails must stop the next continuation - The middle or short deep plays a crucial role in helping the rails stop throws that break our zone, they are responsible for taking players that enter their zone and passing them off accordingly - The deep's job is to survey the field of potential threats attacking deep and containing their offense; arguably the most difficult position to play well in. But his job is easier if our zone stops continuous horizontal movement, generating fewer options from the rails. In the Middle: - Main goal is to push them to the low sideline, once they are there, you must do everything in your power to keep them there, it frustrates the handlers which leads to 50-50 balls and lazy arounds

Offense
Go Drill
[email protected]Start in two lines about 15yrds apart. One player dumps to the front of the line and gets a dump right back. The front of the line then runs strike. Once they receive the strike throw they dump to the front of the opposite line and get a dump right back. Then they throw to the striking front of the line. Once you've thrown the strike filter back into the closest line.

Defense
Why FORCE important?
lecattyThe possibility of BREAK|||| Force forehand: Let the handler throw forehand only, NO BACKHAND (right-handed)|||| Force backhand: vice versa, only allow opponent's handler to throw backhand, NO FOREHAND whatsoever (right-handed)

Offense
endzone default
