Basic Flow
kirkuleseGeneric flow for offense, can generally be used in perpetuity if the dumps are both trying to get open. Try getting someone who has a height advantage the disc, next time they cut for goal the thrower should put it through the hoop high and floaty let the receiver utilize height for a score. Can also be used for a speed/agility advantage but the throw should be less floaty. Once you have established this as a viable option to score the defense will likely help from one of the 2 dumps opening up other options.
Defense
Junk defense
Jacob McKeeThis is exactly how our junk defense is supposed to look. In this scenario blue is the opposing team playing offense while red is us, playing our junk zone. DO NOT PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT THE OFFENSE DOES IN THESE SITUATIONS, just make sure you understand what the defense does. Description of each step: 1) Our team Pulls the disc 2) The offense sets up and our defense sets up in our "junk" defense 3 & 5) When the disc moves to one of the sidelines the "junk" needs to move along with the disc. The wing on the opposite sideline needs to play up towards the handlers and the deep and middle can step up as to crowd the open space. 4, 6 & 8) The disc is swung back in to the middle and everyone shifts back. 7) When the disc moves to one of the wings, middle, or deep the wing marks for 1 or 2 stalls allowing the "junk" to catch up and then drops back to guard any cutters that are upfield.

Match defense
Jacob McKee1) The offense has the disc near our end zone, the deep has already called melt and everyone has found a player to defend. The mark or in this case "1", sets the force (in this case flick) and all the downfield defenders line up on the open side of the player they are guarding, taking away the under, while the other handler defender takes away the deep 2) One of the players on offense cuts, the player guarding them stays on the open side and forces them to go to the break side. 3) The cutter returns to the stack or goes to the break side and the field is essentially reset. 4) If the reset handler is activated (later in the stall count) and attempts to run upline, the defender holds their ground and stays on the open side. 5) If the handler then attempts to receive a reset, their defender (in this case 2 follows them close enough to get a d if it is thrown but not too tight as to give up the upline. 6) By now the stall count is high and the mark should shift so that they allow no breaks
