Set up for a breakmark drill. Have the two lines closer than usual and offset so each line starts 3-5 yards on the force side from the other. Each side also has a reset set up behind the disc on the force side (with a defender)
Previous thrower cuts to the breakside. Current thrower has 3 options
Option 1: Throw an inside break. This is the hardest option. The throw needs to come early and with some touch to throw to space. In a game scenario throws that are even slightly behind the receiver will likely be blocked.
Reset
Option 2: Throw an around break. There is a lot of space here (which we will see in gameplay because our teammates are clearing well), so this throw can be a little floaty and out to space.
Reset
Option 3: Finhttps://playspedia.com/play/edit/25112#d the reset. Just like in a game our goal is keeping possession, so if the break throws are risky, face the reset throw a short/safe pass.
Bonus: Once the cutter knows this is going to be a reset and they are not the receiver, clear hard away from the valuable break space.
