P2tty- Labels of players are the same as what we discussed at practice; 1 & 4 are Deep-Deep and 2 & 3 are under (just remember the two middle numbers (2 & 3) are always covering the under whether it's vert or ho) Communication is key to keeping this Squid call effective. Ideally, 2 and 3 should talk to each other to cover multiple undercuts, and 1 and 4 should communicate with each other to establish a last back and rail assignment. No opposing player should pass either of you in the 1 and 4. You must establish who will be last back in the event of a FIRE call. 2 and 3 should have their backs angled parallel to their respective sidelines or shaded more inside (so not with their backs to the handler). This means this pair should be looking at each other. It will be a lot easier to cover ground, communicate cuts from behind each other, and cover the space between you two.
