LHCaptainTypical "Go To" Drill. Rules: 1. Do not cut directly at your cutter. Cut to open space or you will get D'd in a game. 2. Don't watch the disc. Make your throw and then be fast on your feet as you're the next cutter. Get used to "throw and go". 3. Defender hands the disc to the next handler in line. Start your count midway through.
