natas8472Zunächst nur ganz kurze Würfe. Mit der Zeit weiter werfen lassen. Um den Drill schwieriger zu machen kann man auch einen Marker hinzufügen. Erstmal statisch, dann auch aktiv. Auf der einen Seite wirft man Vorhand, auf der anderen Rückhand.
