We run this play from the middle only. A gets the disc on an inside or even better into space on the open side. C&D clear initially and then set up on the break side to be the follow up. B is the backup for A and also the upline cut for A.

Offense

We run this play from the middle only. B&C are active. They cut 100% on every cut. A&D keep their defenders out of the play and preferable closer to the handlers and out of the deep space. We got many options to hit a cutter. The first breakside pass is an option. The deep is a good option as well as the comeback. Always expect the disc ;)

Offense

We run this play from the middle only. It’s important for B,C and D to cut deep at the same time to get your defenders with you. D cuts deeper than C and C cuts deeper than B. B ist he cutter who goes hard on every cut to get the disc on the open side. However, C&D cut hard deep initially and then kind of keep their defender occupied till the continue on B. In case the defense uses a poach, we still run this and hit the open persons. Always expected the disc to be thrown to you. This play only happens after a stoppage, turn, pull, etc. We need some seconds to get ready.

Offense

20s

michifålk

We run this play from the sidelines as well as from the middle, being forced to the middle or the sideline. It will create options anyway. In case the defense sets up a clamp or forces straight up, we still run 20s. Either the person in the open space is open or we hit someone on the breakside who is poached. It’s important to have some time to set it up, so we use 20s after a pull, turn, OB with some seconds to get ready. Always expect the thrower to get the disc to you, he/she decides which options to take.
