On the line we'll call the play "Split stack, hot left(or right)" with the direction indicating which side is active. Here we have "Split stack, hot right" It's important to get in position as soon as possible.
Our first move is to center the disc, a yardage loss is fine.
We want to isolate the the first cutter(usually a guy) on the active side.
Get him the disc without crowding downfield, this means the other side needs to look ready to cut(keep your defenders engaged) but not allow poaches.
The next step is to isolate the second cutter(usually a lady) on the same side, and to take a deep shot.
