Step 1

Reset sets up 10m away, even with the thrower. The reset waits for the thrower to either fake or make the pass.

Step 2

The pass should be a few meters behind the reset to keep it out of reach of the defense, but the defense does NOT need to move unless the defense is playing very tight.

Reset cuts up the line and then comes back for the swing.
