Offense
Resetting from the sideline
seancolferThis basic principle applies in both 25 and 34. We are looking to focus on the front of stack or the second player in the ho stack. As before, the key thing here is to take the first good option you have. That might mean losing 5 yards backwards - that is a price that we will pay to be in the middle of the field.
Offense
Resetting in 34
seancolferResetting in the middle of the field in 34 is much the same as in 25, we are looking to use the open side as the first option but the third handler is an option on the break side if needed.
Offense
Resetting in 25
seancolferBasics of resetting the disc in flow in the centre of the field. Much of this will depend on what the positioning of the dump defender is. The thrower should be taking the first open opportunity to reset the disc, so if the handler has space immediately then the disc should go.
Offense
Iron or normal ho-flow
nathandhuffThis is our basic ho-stack flow for cutters in the middle of the field and on the sideline. You will hear the B C cutting triangle called Iron a lot. Trying to attack from the middle of the field with B and C as our hot pair most of the time.
Offense
Split cutter flow and clearing 1
ckiesowThe initiating cutters and the first reset do not get the disc.
