Hybrid D Against Vert Stack (2-3-2 Sandwich)
adrockThis is a 2-3-2 zone-person hybrid defense, where the two handlers get one-on-one coverage and everyone else plays zone with three short and two long. This should frustrate them into switching to a ho stack offense (or adding another handler in the vert). While we wait for that to happen, we force lots of turnovers with minimal energy.
