This drill simulates many repetitions of swinging the disc off the line when you are forced one way and you are on the line. One of the more stressful spots you can find yourself on the field. Sometimes as players we cut to "make space" for other players. In this example this cutting to just make space or get out of the space is the strike cuts(another example would be the two poppers in a zone working together to make holes in the cup for each other)
