Stack vertical - "classique"
UltimateJoeyQuand le flow s'est estompé, on doit redémarrer le jeu. Si les cutteurs sont désorganisés, on call le jeu "stack - verticale/classique". On fait un jeu avec notre dump qui est toujours à sa place attendant patiemment qu'on l'active pour donner le temps aux cutteurs de se replacer pour le jeu nommé. Le stack doit être au plus à 10-15 verges du lanceur et les cutteurs doivent être à 1m entre eux/elles au maximum!

Offset Vertical Stack
jlaurieThe goal of the Offset Vert Stack is to immediately get a breakside completion and at least one breakside continuation pass. Ideally, the Offset Vert Stack gets the team within 25 yards of the endzone within two passes.
Drills
rondos
aboudi gthis drill is like monkey in the middle. There has to be a circle/square of players passing to each other with 1 or 2 players in the middle as defenders. The players have to pass the ball to each other while the defenders try to steal the ball. If a defender steals the ball, he will switch with the person who lost the ball. Sometimes both defenders switch which the person who lost the ball and the person to his right. There is different types of rondos. There is moving rondos in which the defenders have to go to another box when the coach blows the whistle.
