Offense
Stagnant Horizontal
Swart112358Initiating cuts for Horizontal stagnant plays. If a slow turnover occurs, always setup the original call, unless close to the end zone (red zone). All throws and options are 'on' if players if free of their mark, send it. Get the disc moving as quickly as possible with whatever option is easiest/most likely success. Dump sets can be utilized at any point even to begin with. They should be engaged at the very least by stall 5. All players have to be aware if the handlers are engaged, you will need to clear the lane or breakside of the field depending on where you are, do not clog this space with your defender!

Offense
SOY - ho static play
seancolferThis is one of the two very basic plays we might use to generate some quick, easy movement from a static disc in 34. It's something you'll likely all have seen before.

Offense
Resetting from the sideline
seancolferThis basic principle applies in both 25 and 34. We are looking to focus on the front of stack or the second player in the ho stack. As before, the key thing here is to take the first good option you have. That might mean losing 5 yards backwards - that is a price that we will pay to be in the middle of the field.

Offense
Resetting in 34
seancolferResetting in the middle of the field in 34 is much the same as in 25, we are looking to use the open side as the first option but the third handler is an option on the break side if needed.

Offense
Resetting in 25
seancolferBasics of resetting the disc in flow in the centre of the field. Much of this will depend on what the positioning of the dump defender is. The thrower should be taking the first open opportunity to reset the disc, so if the handler has space immediately then the disc should go.
