Step 1

Players get into pairs with someone of a similar height/ability.

Step 2

Red is Offence, Blue defence.

Step 3

Thrower calls go and puts up a floaty throw that will hang. This should not be a throw that forces a foot race.

Step 4

Offence player reads the disc and positions there body to box out the other player and catch the disc

Step 5

Defence will try to out position and get a block.

Step 6

Next pairs turn. Partners will change offence/defence roles each time.
