Variation 2 of a 5 on 5 drill- swing to break<br /> <br /> Practicing basic stacking, cutting and flow for newer players or teams really struggling with flow.<br /> <br /> Defensive players should play at the O level intensity- do not completely shut down offensive players,poach or 'play to' the drill.<br /> <br /> Players whom are no longer in the play need to remember to move back towards a stack to simulate the play not going exactly as written.
