Offense resets with 3 handler set: #1 takes away dump, but mainly pays attention to the break mark throw across to BLUE (Offense) #5 for the first 3 or so counts. RED (D) #4 resets accordingly.

BLUE (Offense) shifts to new positions, especially the big movement like the wings. BLUE #1 drops directly back field but this time RED #1 follows aggressively (but not so much that BLUE # can freely cut back upfield) and exposes the cross field break throw to the BLUE #5, which we are BAITING. Meanwhile, RED (D) #5 is pretends to be watching BLUE #3 but is inching towards BLUE #5, anticipating the cross field break throw. RED #2 (the MARK) puts on a very flat mark, with a mindset of DEFINITELY stopping the upfield break throw (the MARK's LEFT hand) and making the backfield (RIGHT hand) side as difficult as possible but not overcommitting to it.

As soon as the disc goes up, RED #5 goes for the D, but the rest of the D is shifting position diagonally backwards (in accordance to what they see behind them) to stop the next upfield throw, should the throw be completed. Otherwise, the next three throws will be unmarked.
