#10 or #9 or a forward calls Psycho. Psycho means a forward goes the ruck, picks up the ball himself, runs DIRECTLY around the ruck and gets tackled

Step 3

Psycho runners ALWAYS need another forward behind them to ruck

Step 4

Psycho continues until another play is called, so all forwards should run to the ruck and immediately pickup the ball and run again

Step 5

Generally, #10 or #9 will say "one more Psycho" before the sequence stops

Step 6

Then we generally run a Pretty Boy out of Psycho
