Setup
Player jogs forward.
Thrower puts up leading pass.
Receiver runs to get it.
Receiver throws back to line they came from.
Receiver clears to other stack; next receiver jogs forward.
Next thrower throws leading pass.
Coaching points: 1. The initial jog forward must be a slow jog, because you will need to turn and accelerate hard. If players run too fast, they will be unable to run down the disc. 2. For downwind throws, the receiver might turn first because the throw is hard. I think we should be able to make thrower-initiated cuts for upwind throws. 3. Make sure the return throw to the stack is a real throw and is completed. 4. Probably people will naturally fall into a rhythm of always making (say) forehand throws. This is OK, I think, but you should make sure you switch to the other throw after a while.
