Disc in center. Standard sag handler movement upfield. Standard zone diamond downfield. Open swing dumps (cones 1,2) are okay but dumps for yards and crashes should be closed on by closest players. Downfield defenders always mindful of field width (cones 3,4,5,6)
When disc swings to sideline holes at cones (1,2) open up until force is sealed. Red arrows show throwing angles. Disc comes across with swing and quick throws become dangerous down these angles until defense hustles into position. Cones 3,4 show the space that will open as our players move into position.
When mark is set forcing handlers (middle) and downfield defenders are in position, throwing lanes will be cut off. Cones 1,2,3 will be open for poppers. Short deep (4) talks to center handler defender (2) and downfield wing (6) to help cut off or if need be crash with poppers. Like in the previous step, hole 1 will be susceptible to the handler gaining yards and breaking the sag by getting close enough to our poaches to quickly throw past them.
