FIRST CASE: Disc in the middle. At about stall 5, the handler should be looking for a reset.
First look - initiated by the person with the disc (6) - is to the breakside handler (5).
The breakside handler (5) cuts upfield.
If this pass is completed, we should have someone going deep right away for a power position huck or to have an in cut before stall 2. Other cutters are probably clearing.
If the upfield cut doesn't work..
The person with the disc squares up to the open side handler.
The open side handler cuts behind the disc and receives a 'dishy' toss, no more than a yard or 2, and lets his/her momentum carry him/herself onto the breakside.
(7 jumps through the catch) Cutters are looking to get to the BREAKSIDE as the disc is being caught.
If #7 is well covered, they can cut back to where they came from and get an easy but not ideal reset.
Last resort.
