Step by step 12 steps
  1. Step 1

Force is Flick. At stall 4 #7 "Squares up" to #6. This square up tells the handler to "Activate"

  2. Step 2

When #6 activates so does #5. The movement MUST be together.

  3. Step 3

At this point #6 has the option of going up line or back for a dump. #6 decides to continue up line to clear the back space for #5 on the fill. #5 must continue to "Dig in" upfield so he or she has a good angle to cut for the dump.

  4. Step 4

#5 can actually cut a bit away from the disc. This allows the thrower to throw an outside in floaty throw into space.

  5. Step 5

After #5 catches it he or she will have momentum to throw to the break side.

  6. Step 6

in this situation #6 forgot to cut across the field or was to tired to do so, or just felt like cutting for a while...so #2 is in best position to continue the swing to the break side.

  7. Step 7

The flow here is pretty standard. #1 is in the same 1/3 of the field as the disc so he or she pushes slightly upfield, #3 is primary and strikes deep for the huck, #4 is making a soft press cut upfield to setup an under cut or a continuation cut for #3 if they receive a huck shy of the endzone, #6 was a handler that made a line strike to initiate the handler movement he or she has pushed into the stack and out of the handler position now and should NOT engage the middle of the field, The next cut here (should the huck not go up) is #4 under.

  8. Step 8

Now, let's say #4 is covered under. Let's review what has happend. Handler movemnt started at Stall 4 and we did a full swing to the break side. #2 looked for #3 deep and looked them off, #4 came under but was covered. WHAT'S NEXT?

  9. Step 9

As #4 clears to the sideline #2 hears "Stall 4" so he or she 'Squares up" to #5 and "Activates" the handlers.

  10. Step 10

BOTH #5 and #7 go into motion and "Dig In" upfield. If #5 doesn't get it up the line then #7 is "upfield" and in good position to cut back for the fill.

  11. Step 11

#3 has setup their under cut via the pervious deep strike BUT #6 MUST CUT DEEP TO CLEAR SPACE FOR #3'S UNDER CUT!

  12. Step 12

From here the disc has out run the offense a bit and it will take a moment for #2 to clear out of the handler space. #5 and #7 to setup into their handler spots and for the iso in the endzone to setup. Now remember #6 the handler that first cut up line to start the play IS STILL IN THE CUTTING LANES. There is no reason for him or her to force themselves back into the handler set up to this point. This is ok.
