Our sideline EndZone set looks a lot like a vert stack, and for the most part flows like one, with a few mentionable differences.
Notice the stack's spacing. b5-b7 are pushed to the back of the endzone, forcing the defenders (if they're smart) into zone responsibilities (keyed into their cutter D assignments). The ACE (b4) is in line with the stack, but only 1-2 yards deep in the box. The 1 (b2) and 2 (b3) handlers are set up as they would be in Vert relative to the disc.
100% of the time in this situation we want run the reset look through the 1-Handler (b2) first, either with an A (strike) CUT or a B (dump) CUT.
In the easiest of worlds, an A CUT move results in a goal.
If b2 does not get the disc, the offense moves into a shape where b2 becomes the ace.
While b2 is performing the A CUT, b3 is moving into the fill.
When the disc is in the air to b3, b4 is setting up the CONTINUATION CUT, and b2 is moving over to ACE.
From there it's, DUMP
SWING [NOTE: If b2 is not in position to make the lateral cut, then they should clear to the back of the stack and it's b5's lane to be the new ACE and score.]
