Step 1

Initial set up. One line feeds both drills. The force is Backhand on left and Forehand on the right.

Step 2

First in line cuts to the backhand side. Making a O1 cut. This is the only cut they get. The thrower must make the throw. The defense is trying to take away the around throw. The second person in the line cuts to the other side. The thrower and defender on the this side are doing the same thing as on the other side except the force is different.

Step 3

The thrower breaks the mark by throwing it out to space in front of the cutter.

Step 4

After the throw, the thrower moves to the cutting line, the defender become the thrower, and the cutter becomes the defender.

Step 5

Repeat drill.
