  1. Step 1

    The starting stack with two noteworthy points. <br><br> 1: D2 is forcing under<br> 2: D5 is just a little bit out into the lane.

  2. Step 2

    To initiate this play D2 plays deep to force the incut.

  3. Step 3

    Three things happen here: <br><br> 1: D5 jumps out into the lane to poach for the D. <br> 2: D1 moves up to cover O1 which leaves O2 BRIEFLY ungaurded. <br> 3: D2 moves in to cover O2. <br><br> NOTE: If you are D5, you should be staring at the handler with the disc to try and time your cut for when the throw is made to try and end the play right then and there.

  4. Step 4

    D2 (Who is trailing their initial cutter) purposely give up on their first cutter and cuts to the stack to cover 02.

    At this point we are ready to reset the stack and make the offense try again. <br><br> NOTE: The last person in the stack should play a little bit deep on their defender since the mess created in the short game will make the handler want to throw something deep where the field is simpler. See the position of D4 right now.
