  1. Step 1

    The disc is received from the pull, as the offense starts to get in it's set.

  2. Step 2

    Disc is centered as the upfield cutters get about 15 yards downfield from the handlers.

  3. Step 3

    Cuts start in a piston motion where you are cutting opposite of the person or people next to you.

  4. Step 4

    If no throw is made on the first set of cuts, everyone who was going out comes in, and those who were going in cut out.

  5. Step 5

    After the second cuts have been completed and there are still no open looks (stall 4 or 5), the handlers activate to try and reset the stall count and find more space (this offense is stronger near the center of the field, getting it to the sideline is disadvantageous).
