1: The middle handler marks straight up. 2. The handler defender poaches into the lane like CS. 3. The off side handler extra poaches - but has to follow if the front of the stack cuts in. 4. The short deep watches quick throws to the front of the stack/narrow cuts. 5. The wing poaches up to take away mid-length throws with help from two. 6. The wing takes away hammers/mid break throws. 7. The deep takes away all deep throws
If the disc swings, the handler defenders and short deep swing over like in base CS to force it back towards the middle. Wings stay poachy and look for over the tops
