Step 1

"Downfield" is left side of screen. 1 is handler on force side of the field w/ disc. 2 is dump handler in the middle. 3 is the front of the vert stack. 1 starts drill by looking downfield and throwing some forehand fakes.

Step 2

1 steps around and throws a backhand swing to 2. 3 initializes a continuation cut to the far break side. 1 immediately clears upfield to the front of the stack.

Step 3

2 swings to 3 who is continuing his cut to the break side. 1 keeps cutting to upfield. 2 stays put.

Step 4

3 throws upfield to 1. 2 holds and 3 holds.

Step 5

This step is to reset the drill. 1 throws to 2 and the drill can run again.
