4 cones are setup along the centerline of the field spaced about 15 yards apart. This drill uses the actual field size as its parameters. Start with 4-5 discs at top cone. eventually the disc is caught at the end and carried back into play
Simulating a vertical offense, #1 taps the disc in to begin the cutting sequence. #2 makes a handler cut and chooses a diagonal cut fake to start with. #3 also starts their cut with a longer cut fake. #4 at this point keeps his defender focused with stack fakes but doesn't commit to a cut just yet.
#2 breaks off the fake cut at a 90 degree and cuts back to the disc (although still at a diagonal to the sideline). #3 should be up to speed in the cut fake and ready to break it off the moment the disc is in the air to #2. #4 begins cut fake as #2 gets the disc.
#2 makes big yardage throw to #3 who is coming back (again at a diagonal). The moment the disc is released by #2 #4 break off the fake cut at a 90 degree and begins the real cut deep.
#4 should be full speed in their away cut as #3 catches. #3 rewards the cut in the endzone or as close as you can.
#4 having caught the disc clears out and runs back to the first cone along the side of the stack with no action. #1 drops into line at second cone. #2 drops down to third cone and #4 to the fourth.
On each run through the flow, each cutter on each cone has the choice to fake away and then cut back in or the opposite - fake in and cut away. There should be enough room and timing to allow all three of the cutters their own choice . This time both the 2nd and 3rd cones choose to fake in and cut away, while 4th cone does the opposite.
