Set up a handler cone, a zone, and three lines as shown. Center line is mid-mid line, blue lines are cutter lines. Make sure the zone is large, simulating the space for a mid-mid to cover.
To start, one mark covers the handler and one mid-mid takes the field.
Cutter lines take turns cutting across the zone to try to receive the disc in the zone. First one...
Then two...
Then three, etc... (notice that cutters may set up to cut at sharper angles)
Until someone catches the disc or the disc is thrown.
Everyone resets. The mid-mid stays as the defender until everyone else gets to cut at least once. The mid-mid line is talking to mid-mid the whole time.
Once done, a new mid-mid takes the field, the old mid-mid becomes the next mark, and the old mark re-joins the sideline (not shown). The handler joins one of the cutter lines, and one cutter becomes the handler.
