Step 1

Set up two lines, one in the endzone, and one about 10 yards outside the endzone.

Step 2

After the person in front of the endzone line cuts to the corner he receives the disc, from the front of the handler line.

Step 3

The handler who made the throw then goes out for a dump pass.

Step 4

The cutter dumps the pass back to the handler.

Step 5

The next handler in line goes out for a swing pass.

Step 6

The original handler swings the disc.

Step 7

Meanwhile the two players get back in line.

Step 8

The next cutter cuts to the opposite side, and the drill restarts.

Step 9

Throws the pass to the cutter (in the drill the cutter should still be making his cut to the corner).

Step 10

The cutter throws his dump pass.

Step 11

The next handler in line goes out for his swing pass.

Step 12

Swing pass is completed.

Step 13

The other players return to the back of the other lines., and the drill repeats.
