Step by step 7 steps
  1. Step 1

Mark(1): Do not allow ANYTHING to the breakside. Octopussy(2): Do not allow any throws through the 1-2 hole, you have right-hand responsibility. Once you have taken away throws through that hole, you need to take up as much space as possible. Dingleberry(3): Do not allow any throws through the 2-3 hole, you have right-hand responsibility. Once you have taken away throws through that hole, you need to take up as much space as possible. Do NOT worry about throws to your left side. Break-Wing(4): Your position is dynamic, you prevent over the top throws to the poppers and if possible, discourage throws the the breakside. Short-Deep(5): You are in charge of the defense, need to cover middle space, move in with poppers as they crash; also need to call out "CRASH!" when a popper crashes the cup. Force-Wing(6): Your job is to prevent any throws in your lane, set up here the right 1/3 of the field. Stop any continuation throws as the disc moves to the force side. You should not be marking, you should just prevent throws as the cup recovers. Deep-Deep(7): Last-back, communicate to the wings and Short-Deep.
