Set up in 3 lines across the field, disc in the middle
Initiate the drill by throwing to the side and cutting upline. The far side cutter goes upfield to the middle.
The dump comes back for an around throw, while the swing is set up. After the throw, 3 begins cutting across the field
2 Throws the swing as 3 continues across the field, now in position to make a similar upline then dump cut
The fake upline goes and 2 begins setting up for the swing.
The dump gets off, and 3 looks for a swing to 2
As 2 gets the swing, 1 is cutting upline for the dump
Fake, come back, 3 is setting up for a swing
It's important that 3 pushes upfield far enough so that...
When coming back, you gain yards on the swing
Continue- after you throw the dump (2), you cut for the dump
While after you throw the swing (1), you cut for the swing.
As soon as you throw the dump, run across the field and slightly upfield of where the swing will end up
So that you're in good position to make the dump cut backwards without wasting time.
Once the first group has cleared enough space, the second group can begin.
Continue all the way down the field.
You gain about 10 yards per swing, so run about 6-7 of them to get across the field.
