Basic setup: 4 people in the cup, 2 hammer stops (break side male, open side female), 1 deep (male)
When the disc swings, cup wants to widen first. It should move as a unit.
Then tighten. Break side hammer stop can pinch in so that he/she can challenge anything in the middle as well as (potentially) a hammer to the far handler. The deep can sit over the top on the open side.
If the disc swings all the way to the opposite sideline, cup can switch the force, maintaining its positions (mirrored). Once again, it should widen.
Then tighten. The mark should run to the center handler first to stop the immediate throw back. Far side hammer stop can pinch in.
