Step 1

Basic snail setup. Mark is flat. Handler defenders poach the lanes. Cutter defenders play under the cutters in their lane.

Step 2

If the disc goes to the sideline w/o the deep deep, the handler defenders shift and the deep deep drops.

Step 3

If it goes back to the middle, handler defenders shift.

Step 4

If it goes to the deep deep sideline, handler defenders shift. Cutter defenders also need to shift.

Step 5

If it goes back to the middle, handler defenders shift. Cutter defenders don't necessarily need to shift, unless deep deep calls it out.

Step 6

Once the disc swings back to the non deep deep sideline, both cutter and handler defenders must shift.
