Step 1

Start in a horizontal stack. You should be partnered up with someone of the opposite gender. Ideally, player 1 - the open side outside lane cutter - is the biggest mismatch on the field.

Step 2

Player 1 initiates with a hard in cut on an angle towards the disc. Player 2 clears space by making an angled cut in the opposite direction. Player 3 and 4 PATIENTLY WAIT to see if Player 1 gets the disc.

Step 3

If Player 1 does not receive the disc, Player 3 and 4 begin the same cut pattern on the break side. Player 4 makes a hard angled cut towards the disc from the outside lane while Player 3 clears out to make space. Ideally someone has received the disc at this point. Meanwhile, players 1 and 2 are re-setting into a horizontal stack slightly up field from where they began.
