1 cuts hard deep for ~15 yards

Step 3

1 cuts back under to get the disc

Step 4

4 and 5 wait until 1 starts to cut back under, then they start their cuts

Step 5

one person goes deep, one comes under either hit the under-cut

Step 6

...or...

Step 7

hit the deep-cut

Step 8

Kick-Spike !!!

If they call switch or poach

Step 10

1 will end up dover-covered and someone will be wide open

When you are poached, go deep or whichever way is the opposite of your defender.
