Handler Berkley cut - basic handler cut used to advance the disc safely up the field or reset the disc to another handler if the stall count gets too high.
During stalls 1,2,3,4, if H3 can not throw the disc to cutters 1,2, or 3, then H3 should look at H2 or H1 to get rid of the disc.
At stall 3, 4, H2 should run up the field (45 degree) towards the open side (assume force is flick). H1 should move towards the center and fill the space that is left by H2.
If H2 is able to beat 5, then continue going up the field at the 45 degree angle so H3 can pass it. If H3 can not pass it to H2, then look at H1 and try to pass it to them.
H3 should have thrown the disc by stall 6 and the handler line should re-form the horizontal formation in step 1.
