Standard 3-3-1 zone defense (RED) is set up. For offense (BLUE), three handlers (1, 2, 3), two poppers (4, 5) and two wings (6, 7).
The disc starts off on a side. One Option, the two poppers get ready to time their cuts with the swing.
BLUE 3 steps around to pass to BLUE 2
As BLUE 2 begins the swing to BLUE 1, BLUE 4 and 5 floods in (not too early!). If the RED 4 mid does not come in, we have an easy pass to BLUE 4, that's nice.
Lets say RED 4 does come in to stop the in cuts.
it's important that BLUE 4 does not run pass the center line of BLUE 1. You want to give BLUE 1 space to throw down the sideline. When BLUE 1 catches the disc, we would have a lot of players closed in together, meaning there's space somewhere else. BLUE 5 plants and begins the out cut.
BLUE 1 makes an O-I pass into the space behind RED 4 for BLUE 5. It is hard for RED 4 to stop that as his momentum is already going the wrong way.
As BLUE 5 catches, the wings can make the continuation cuts.
Yeah.
Another Option during a swing.
BLUE 3 passes to BLUE 2.
BLUE 2 fakes a pass to BLUE 1 to get the cup to keep moving for a second. At this point, knows what's going.
BLUE 5 receives a pass in the space the cup moved away from.
