The offense is set with disc centred to O1 and the other handler O2 set above the plane of the disc on the break side to avoid nasty poaches on the open side. Ideally, two of the stronger cutters who have excellent disc skills will be isolated to work in tandem on the far open side right near or against the open sidelines. The rest of the stack (O5, O6, and O7) will keep their defenders busy right against the breakside sideline.
The cut is initiated from O3. He or she may choose to go in or out depending on what their defender is giving them. In this scenario, D3 is shielding the in-cut. What O3 can do is sell a slant-cut for 2-4 steps in. O4 will mirror his/her partner (O3). That means O4 can take several strides going downfield to sell a deep-cut threat.
The handler with the disc, O1, can choose to throw a flat-break to O3 if there is enough separation between O3 and D3.
OR, ALTERNATIVELY....
O3 immediately breaks from the slant-cut and streaks downfield to sell the deep threat, while O4 cuts hard back under and the handler (O1) can throw an easy open side throw to O4 for a big gainer.
The next look can be O3 coming back under hard for another decent gainer. OR, if O3 has enough separation, keep going for a viable deep look.
After that, it's all vertical flow offense until endzone, where everyone should setup for a standard endzone play (i.e., isolation, triple cut, whatever).
