Step by step 13 steps
  1. Step 1

As the disc is centered from the pull, the front of the stack moves to the break side to begin a deep cut.

  2. Step 2

The front stack has his/her defender beat, so the back of the stack recognizes this and begins a quick in-cut.

  3. Step 3

The back-stack defender drops to help cover the deep-cut, leaving the back of the stack to take the free in-cut. The rest of the stack moves up and the handlers re-set.

  4. Step 4

Offense#1 is now too deep on the force side to be viable, so begins to continue as an S-cut to the break side. #4 begins to set up a cut, but his defender realizes that the deep lane is occupied and therefore not viable, so he shifts around to take away the in-cut. The mark begins to set.

  5. Step 5

#1 cuts for the break-side look (probably hammer). The rest of the stack pushes up, with #4 executing a force side cut without getting open, so #5 looks to swing to #7.

  6. Step 6

#1 begins to cut in on the break side as the swing is occurring, hoping to get the continuation before the mark can reset. #4 recognizes that #1 has priority with the larger open cut, and so does not continue for the swing. #3 has set up an in-cut on the force side.

  7. Step 7

#1 receives the continuation as a huge in-cut on the break-side. #3 recognizes and curls for the possible s-cut look, and to push the stack to the back of the endzone. There are some throws that may be open near or in the end zone, but they are more difficult than they appear. #1 should look to reset the disc.

  8. Step 8

The Vert Stack pushes to the end zone, while the center handler comes up for the reset.

  9. Step 9

#1 Clears, threatening to score on a blade. #4 has front stack Isolation, making the #4 defender have incredibly difficult positioning due to the disc being on the break side. A score could occur on a directly-upfield break-throw like an easy push pass or high-release lefty-backhand.

  10. Step 10

#4 is covered, so #7 looks to swing to #5. #16 recognizes that with a swing, his defender will be badly out of position, so he quickly fakes toward the disc to keep the defender from adjusting.

  11. Step 11

#16 has now caught his defender out of position due to the threat of the break-side score. He begins a foot race to the open side with a head start.
