Offense receives and begins to set up in an H stack, Defense runs down to pick up throws early and set the cup

Step 3

Defense sets the zone, 3 people in a cup, 2 wings, 1 middle and a deep. Far side wing poaches a bit for a floaty throw

Step 4

Cuts are picked up by the appropriate defenders, wings get closer to man D on the sides as the disc gets closer to prevent runs down the line

Step 5

Far side wing again poaches as the disc nears the opposite sideline. The trap is put on here, with the center of the cup moving to mark with the far side of the cup moving straight up. The original mark is now playing man on the nearest handler.

Covered, the offense swings out for a big loss to the far side handler, defense resets and continues on

Step 8

Off the line, the trap reverts to a normal cup, the poaches play closer as the disc is closer and play continues until there is a turn
