  1. Step 1

    Standard Endzone form. Two Handlers, and a stack of five with defence.

  2. Step 2

    Spread defence with poaching. for sideline traps and for teams that try and break or throw hammers. Also called bracketing.

  3. Step 3

    Reset to standard stack.

  4. Step 4

    Play 1a: Handler cut. The handler makes a cut up line to try and take the disc in a power position or score.

    Reset to standard handle position

  6. Step 6

    Play 1b: Handler cut. The handler makes a cut up line to try and take the disc, but if the throw isn't there, cuts back to receive the disc in a swung position.

  7. Step 7

    Play 1b: The cut back for wide swing puts the defender on the wrong side of the disc for an easy break throw.

    Play 1b: Backhand break to the corner. Back of the stack goes for the disc (Has the best angle)
