  1. Step 1

    The size of this box is 10-12yards by 3 yards. As the defense gets better, widen the box. The wider the space, the harder to play good position D.

  2. Step 2

    Blue is defense, Red is offense. Player 1 has the disc and is being forced forehand. Player 2 is taking away under cuts and staying on the force side.

  3. Step 3

    As offensive player 2 cuts out, defensive player stays close but still between the player and the disc.

  4. Step 4

    As the offensive player cuts in the defensive player must keep their position with their body. They can not use their arms!

  5. Step 5

    Offensive player is trying to catch the disc in the box, blue is denying that option.

  8. Step 8

    Offensive player "wins" if they get to the far cone BEFORE the defense gets to the back line. Otherwise, the defense "wins"

    The pair should only be in the box for a max of 10s/a full stall count.

    Once done, first pair gets back in line, throwing pair moves into the box and next pair moves in to throw. Do this drill with both forces.
