This is the starting position of the zone: Three man wall covering the handlers (red 1, 2, 4); Two wings covering the sidelines (red 3, 5); Short deep covering the center (red 6); Deep deep covering the back (red 7). The center wall (red 1) puts a big straight up mark on the center handler (blue 2).
If the disc swings to the right, the side wall (red 4) runs first runs laterally to take away the lane so no upline throw can happen.
Side wall comes in and marks the handler so the handler must throw center (marking center). The wing D moves to block the sideline from the wing cutter (blue 7), the short deep covers the inside cutter (blue 6), and the center wall backs up to take away the lane.
If it swings center, move back to starting position.
If it swings to the left, first run laterally to take away the lane (mirror of step 2).
Side wall comes in to mark center and everybody covers (mirror of step 3).
