At some point, the defensive sideline help will anticipate the offense wanting to dump the disc. The sideline calls out "SQUEEZE!"

On SQUEEZE, the mark shifts to hard no-around

At the same time, the dump defender moves to hard no-upline

Step 5

The marker isn't allowing the disc to go around, and the dump defender isn't allowing the disc to go upline. These are the two primary options on the sideline dump that are now cut off.

If the marker isn't hard no-around, they can let off an easy dump in the back field.
