Step 1

This is our vert-stack set-up. We're blue. We're being forced forehand.

Step 2

First, the back of the stack (7) steps into the lane (this is NO MORE THAN THREE STEPS, even though it looks like more on this video).

Step 3

If the defender is giving up the under, our cutter will go underneath and the new back of the stack will go deep.

Step 4

The deep cutter will come under, the back of the stack will go deep and we'll keep doing that until we score

Step 5

This is our vert-stack set-up again.

Step 6

Sometimes the back-of-the-stack will be forced deep

Step 7

We can usually just throw this deep.

Step 8

But sometimes

Step 9

the cutter will go deep and the handler won't throw.

Step 10

The cutter can come under (towards the handler), just as if he/she had never gone deep in the first place
