Step by step 16 steps
  1. Step 1

this is a four man cup with red being defense, the mark for this drill will be to mark them inside (i.e. flick, except on the far sideline on the right by #3 where the mark changes to backhand)

  2. Step 2

popper #5 tries to cut in to the cup between 3 and 4 and 3 should pick up the popper, while 4 watches for the swing to offensive handler #3

    12345671234567
  3. Step 3

popper #5 cuts out and the cup resets, so that they don't double team handler #2

    12345671234567
  4. Step 4

Handler #2 swings the disc to handler #3 and defensive cup player #4 picks up guarding the handler, forcing them back to the center

    12345671234567
  5. Step 5

offensive wing #7 cuts out incase handler # 3 can get a huck off and wing #6 comes in defensive deep deep picks up the offensive wing (or pusher)

    12345671234567
  6. Step 6

popper #4 crashes the cup and gets a catch, not much yardage is gained but the stall count is reset, handler #2 who had pushed back to try and give handler #3 a dump cuts back up and sometimes can take the place of a popper while popper #4 has the disc

    12345671234567
  7. Step 7

handler # 3 drops behind popper #4 with the frisbee incase they need a dump

    12345671234567
  8. Step 8

popper # 4 dumps it to handler # 3 and the cup sets up on handler # 3 NOTICE PEOPLE IN THE CUP HAVE NOT CHANGED THEIR ORDER

    12345671234567
  9. Step 9

handler #3 swings it back to handler # 2

    12345671234567
  10. Step 10

Handler # 2 swings it to handler #1 and notice the force has changed

    12345671234567
  11. Step 11

there should always be a cut to the open space when the disc is swong and the cup is running to catch up, DEFENSIVELY the cup should alway be running as hard as they can and once they get close should always have their hands out ready to D the disc

    12345671234567
  12. Step 12

popper #5 gets the disc and looks up field ALWAYS LOOK UP FIELD FIRST

    12345671234567
  13. Step 13

Handler #2 stays back for a dump handler # 3 pushes up for the possible swing and handler # 1 can come up and pop into the cup or can also stay back as a second dump option when popper 5 gets the disc popper 4 should be cutting to the open space, if that throw is made more often then not that can break the cup (DONT LET THE CUP SET)

    12345671234567
  14. Step 14

popper 4 is wide open with the pushers cutting up field to the open space, wings here need to guard the open areas up field, and the deep deep needs to be watching for deep threats (i.e. will the popper huck it deep and to whom) deep deep should not let anyone behind them

    12345671234567
  15. Step 15

if popper #4 can't get a throw off they will always have a dump and should drop it back to them hopefully for a swing
