the handler even with the disc is again the first to move. he cuts up the middle just as in the slash cut.

Step 3

Then, if that is covered, he cuts back to the force side, which would get him the disc in a power upline position. Meanwhile, the handler at 45 degrees swings around to both clear and set himself up for a miniwheel to the break side.
