Step by step 4 steps
  1. Step 1

We will be going over Booya's offense for the Spring 2014 season. As discussed before, it's a side stack with an isolated player in the center of the field. As seen, we have 1, 2, and 3 as handlers; 4, 5, and 6 as the stack on the backhand (left) side of the field; 7 is in the center of the field ready to utilize any space given to him.

  2. Step 2

Let's say the defense comes down off the pull in a run of the mill, force flick, man defense. We'll discuss crazy defenses (poaching, force backhand, etc) later.

  3. Step 3

Our iso, 7 has the opportunity to really go anywhere. His goal is to get open. The most obvious choice, and likely the one to be most available, is under and to the force side.

  4. Step 4

This now gives 3 the opportunity for an optional bump (short throw to a handler after catching an in-cut) from 7's cut. We'll be looking for this to be initiated as much as possible since it gives space for 3 to throw and gets the disc into a handler's hands. In no way is this a required throw, since 7 can look up field as well. However, it's the most effective choice. Let's say this is open and 3 gets the bump.
